Mousse au Chocolat - DELICIOUS CHOCOLATE MOUSSE RECIPE!

50g de chocolat noir - 50g of dark chocolate
1/2 sachet de sucre vanillé - half a sachet of vanilla sugar (Alternatively, you can just use regular sugar, about 50g)
2 oeufs entiers - 2 whole eggs

- Battre les blancs en neige - Beat the egg whites until fluffy (neige literally means snow).
- Battre les jaunes avec le sucre - Beat the yolks with the sugar.
- Faire fondre le chocolat - Melt the chocolate (Do this gently!)
- Verser le chocolat dans le mélange jaunes/sucre - Pour the chocolate into the yolk/sugar mixture.
- Mélanger le tout - Mix it all together.
- Incorporer les blancs en 3 fois - Incorporate the white in 3 stages.
- Laisser reposer la mousse 2h minimum au frais - Chill the mousse for 2 hours minimum (in the fridge).
